Courant Community Fund
The Courant Community Fund, through its Courant Children's Holiday Campaign, raises money from the public and corporations. The funds are used to support nonprofit community agencies that promote the welfare of children and families.
Priority programs include:
- Educational and literacy-based programs
- Prevention initiatives that deter risk-related behaviors
- Early childhood development programs
- Parenting and nutritional programs that strengthen and support the family structure
- Programs that help the elderly remain independent and productive
- Programs that support and encourage those living with a physical or mental disability
